adidas Z.N.E. Lookbook
JOCELYN HU collaborated with adidas to create a custom piece and artwork published in the Z.N.E. sportswear global campaign lookbook.
JOCELYN HU was selected as 1 of the 3 featured artists, and the lookbook was displayed in-store at adidas flagship locations around the world including New York, Tokyo, Brazil, and Germany.
Launch: September 2024
1) Custom Piece: “CHARGE IT TO THE GAME”
Drawing from the adidas Z.N.E. campaign of “The Lines That Connect Us”, I wanted to create a piece that would spark the idea of community and interconnectivity within sports.
I upcycled the new Z.N.E. hoodie into a ballet dress to bring out the voltage-like energy of human connection, accentuating physical lines formed by the lithe bodies of dancers and electric green pulses of a beating heart monitor.
Charging cables: cables are sewn onto the bodice to create the idea of connection
Basketball net: net is used to display the versatility of sports equipment
2) Art Direction: Conception & Production
Assembled a team of creatives and produced a photoshoot, providing overall art direction that brought the concept to life -

3) Deliverables: Lookbook Launch & Social Collab
The final artwork was published in the global lookbook that was available in all adidas flagship stores around time of launch.
